We are a coaching and workshop service that promotes mental wellbeing across a range of personal and professional contexts. Our clients range from single parents, to educators, to trainee surgeons, demonstrating our scope of working with a diverse group of people. My qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Social Sciences)
- 8 years experience as a secondary school teacher, Head of Department, Teacher Trainer, Facilitator
- MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology
- Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
My coaching style
- Strengths based/Appreciative Inquiry (focussing on nurturing all the good qualities you already have)
- Trauma informed (an awareness of what trauma is and how it can manifest)
- Positive Psychology (nurturing the joyful aspects of the human experience that help you and your systems to flourish)
