Our clients range from single parents, to educators, to trainee surgeons, demonstrating our scope of working with a diverse group of people. My qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology 
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Social Sciences)
  • 8 years experience as a secondary school teacher, Head of Department, Teacher Trainer, Facilitator
  • MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology
  • Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
My coaching style
  • Strengths based/Appreciative Inquiry (focussing on nurturing all the good qualities you already have)
  • Trauma informed (an awareness of what trauma is and how it can manifest)
  • Positive Psychology (nurturing the joyful aspects of the human experience that help you and your systems to flourish)
