This event combines 3 of our favourite and scientifically tested methods to help you tune into your authenticity and facilitate personal healing for yourself: Positive Psychology, Photos (hence P3), and Walking (outside). Our previous walks have been a wholesome, healing space for us to meet new people, contribute to a cause, as well as hold space for important community building in the face of global crises. Keep an eye on our socials for our next P3 walks event! To find out more about the benefits of a photowalk and what one entails-
If you’re somebody who doesn’t get the time to read, struggles with focus, and wants to reignite the old love of reading, then this virtual reading club might just be for you. After starting in November 2023, we have built an international community of readers who come to subscribe to our only theme, ‘to read books that rehumanise and amplify muted voices’. Our members regularly offer positive feedback about the safety within the group, and how this has helped them stay accountable to their reading goals! This space allows you to mute the voices that kept you away from reading, and come into yourself again, through short, scheduled reading sessions. In each round, we dive into a new book, engaging in thought-provoking discussions and exploring diverse perspectives.
We are proud to be leading the Brown Therapist Network. A space for mental health and wellbeing practitioners of South Asian heritage, built by the same demographic. This is a community to hold space for other like minded individuals with one motive – to mute the colonisation in our practice, and amplify our cultural strengths, through collective action, workshops, and conferences. If you are in the mental health and wellbeing profession (whether a student, or seasoned practitioner), and are of South Asian heritage, get in touch to join this supportive community of like-minded individuals.
